Design and product development

To create a good and functional product, it is important to know the requirements and possibilities of the product and its manufacturing. Therefore, it is important to take into account the conditions set by the manufacturing process already in the early stages of product design, so that the design and manufacturing of the product runs smoothly.

We act as the customer´s advisor and expert in product development, mold design and choosing the best manufacturing method, or if necessary, we manage the entire process in cooperation with the customer.

We use SolidWorks 3D design software in our design, which we use to model all products and tools. From the 3D model, it is easy to review with the customer what the finished parts will look like, ensure the compatibility of the parts, and export the shapes of the parts to machine tools.

We have a wide network of experts supporting our design, from designers and material experts to machinists. We find the right people for every project from our network.

We also assist with the procurement of components from Finland and abroad through our extensive network.
